Ram Bhavan episode begins with Om keeps calling Isha, frustrated over her continuous silence. He can’t understand why she won’t answer, especially when she knows things aren’t fine between them. In his irritation, he calls Mala Bhabhi, who tells him that Isha is busy with night duty and she’ll inform her. But Om isn’t satisfied. He’s upset that Isha didn’t even bother to inform him. He blames her for everything for complaining to his father, for getting him beaten, and now ignoring him when he’s trying to make things right. Angry and restless, he decides to meet her face-to-face at the hotel.
Isha Runs to Save a Guest
At the hotel, a guest complains of pain, which suddenly turns into a serious chest issue. Isha quickly checks his oxygen levels and realises his condition is dropping. She doesn’t panic instead, she quickly reacts. She pulls out medicine from her bag, gives it to the man, and arranges a car to take him to the hospital. Before leaving, she tells Mala and Prabha to handle the foreign delegates. Just as Isha leaves, Om reaches the hotel. Mala is about to tell him about Isha’s hospital visit, but the delegates arrive and she asks Om to wait.
Ram Bhavan: Om Creates a Scene at the Hotel
Om calls Isha again, but her phone is busy Gayatri is calling at the same time. Gayatri calls Prabha and learns Isha isn’t at the hotel but hangs up before hearing that Isha went to the hospital. Sensing an opportunity, she heads to the hotel herself. Later, when Isha returns, Om confronts her angrily. Embarrassed in front of everyone, Isha tries to calm him down. She asks him to wait till they’re home to talk, but Om keeps shouting. Isha finally loses her cool and says maybe Gayatri was right he only thinks about himself. Hurt and furious, Om smashes a guest’s car window and storms out. Gayatri watches it all unfold with satisfaction.
Jagdish Steps In as Om Crosses a Line
Back home, Gayatri enters their room and scolds Om for his public outburst. She tells him that because of his behavior, Isha may lose her job. Isha pleads with Gayatri and apologises, saying it wasn’t her fault. But Gayatri continues blaming Om. Jagdish hears it all and steps in. When he realises what Om has done, he loses his temper. As Om tries to argue, Jagdish lifts his hand in anger ready to slap his son.
