The todays episode of Megha Barsenge opens with Arjun distracting Manoj’s servant, allowing Megha to hide. The servant searches for her, and Arjun finds Megha, questioning her presence. Megha says she wanted to seek blessings for their baby. Arjun reveals his escape plan for two days using the Bandipur Utsav and scolds Megha for her temple idea, reminding her he sent her to Manoj’s for rest and food. Megha apologizes, mentioning Choti isn’t with her, realizing her mistake. Arjun apologizes, and Megha leaves to find Choti.
Megha Barsenge: Megha Panics
Manoj instructs his servant to discard a basket. Megha returns and sees this. Inside, Alka had hidden Choti. Megha realizes the servant took the basket and rushes out. Manoj wonders about her haste. Megha sees the garbage man setting fire to the trash, including the basket. He leaves, and Megha frantically retrieves Choti, relieved.
Manoj’s Anger Erupts
Manoj arrives, accusing Megha of deception. He scolds Alka for helping. He threatens them, believing they wanted to steal his son. Manoj tries to harm Alka, but Arjun intervenes, lying that Alka knew nothing. Manoj is unsure, ordering his men to catch them and threatening Arjun and Megha. Megha refuses to give up her baby, but Manoj snatches Choti and orders his men to announce his son’s arrival, laughing proudly.
Milk bath ritual
Manoj celebrates his baby’s birth, envisioning his son ruling the world and showing him to the locals. Megha cries, fearing Manoj will kill Choti upon learning the truth. Arjun tries to calm her. Manoj attempts to remove the baby’s clothes, increasing Megha’s distress. Alka hopes Manoj doesn’t see the baby’s true gender. Manoj gives the baby to Alka. Locals suggest a milk bath ritual, which Manoj agrees to. Megha worries this ritual will reveal she had a girl, leading to potential danger for her baby.
